Pacific GIS & RS Council Chair talks about the Regional Membership with ISPRS
The Pacific GIS & RS Council (PGRSC) is now the regional member of ISPRS. ISPRS or International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is a non-governmental organisation that is devoted to the development of international cooperation for the advancement of photogrammetry and remote sensing and their related applications. The activities and objectives of ISPRS are in line with PGRSC, in:

Initiating and coordination of research in Photogrammetry and Remote sensing

Ensuring the circulation of information

Encouraging and Assisting publication and scientific papers dealing with Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing
